Image Processing Application in JAVA using netbeans

I am a student in a college, I have implemented some code in my project.
I need JAVA expert using Netbeans.
- solve the exception error in the program
- change the existing jinternalFrame to new window
- allow displaying one or more images in new window
- allow one or more images to use the tools (line, area selection, etc)
- add function to show the color intensity chart of the image
- add function shows the histogram of the image like the attached image
- add function mouse move in the image and show the RGB value on the label/mouse pointer
- add function about java ruler for measurement purpose
