Image Converter

Develop a Menu system in Java using Netbeans that allows the user to choose an autor (the authour must have several images) then pick the autor image and the user must be able to rotate, mirror the image. I already have the ImageConverter code and need the system to be implemented. More details can be found on Image converter instructions. The zip file is for the image converter code.
