I am currently in need of an expert to create a solution architecture for the deployment of a new IT Service Management (ITSM) system. The goals of this endeavor are to achieve:
- Scalability and robust performance to meet current and future demands.

- Seamless integration with pre-existing systems to minimize disruption.
