Http Proxy server in java

I am looking for a Java developer to create an HTTP proxy server. The simple proxy server should be able to support both HTTP and HTTPS protocols. This proxy should be able to capture https requests/responses and write it to stdout. Need only for command line. No GUI.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Experience with HTTP and HTTPS (SSL/TLS) protocols
- Prefer to write this code in Java 8 if possible. May use Java Bouncy Castle lib for handling https.
