Hope to find open source ocr app with source code which can read Korean alphabet -- 2

Trying to purchase open source ocr app first, then, discuss update data processing process.

- MIT open source preferred ( not GPL3)
- Offline-OCR-capability required.
- When freelancer determined, I will delete this post.
So, as far as you can see this post, it means that you can propose.
- Freelancer who can send apk file preferred.
If you have open source OCR app,
1) send APK first, so that I can test Korean read capability,
2) and, suggest price
3) Agree on source code price & payment
4) then, discussion on Update task
