JOB DESCRIPTION


Required Skill Sets:


Experience in architecting, designing, building frameworks and implementing to deliver the best performance, scalable, reliable, high quality software
Experience in collaborating effectively and mentoring the team
5+ years of experience architecting & designing Java applications
5+ years of experience in database development such as MySQL, NoSQL
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
Experience with Agile methodology / Scrum processes

Optional Skill Sets:

Experience with AWS services such as S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS, DynamoDB etc
Experience with microservices
Experience working on product development
Experience setting up and scripting test, prod environments
Experience with Jenkins, Sonarqube, Jmeter, image processing, platform integrations

What would you do?

Understand the existing functionality and enhancements of the product
Understand the technology, architecture, design and the code
Troubleshoot and fix issues in the production environment
Work with the team to research new frameworks, tools and technologies
Work with the team to review and improve the software quality
Perform periodic deployments, data export, and migrations
