Help with a bug for JasperReports (Java).

I need help with an existing project build with JAVA on a Weblogic server. We are experiencing a bug that is preventing the report to be generated correctly. Research so far indicates that the error is related with the package versions used for jasperreports and weblogic.
we are currently experiencing an issue with jasperreports. When trying to generate a report we receive an error and the report is not generated.
So we need an expert for java, jasperreports and weblogic that can help us on resolving this issue. I can send the error message if helpful.
I know this may be a very generic error but I'll try to get a more detailed stack trace and screenshot:
Could not initialize class net.sf.jasperreports.engine.export.PdfGlyphRenderer
We would need to have this resolved ASAP ideally today, however I would like to confirm if this is something feasible for you.
