Help me to create an executable jar build using maven

I'm using intellij and I was using eclipse before. And when I was using eclipse I can create a standalone executable jar, using export feature, but with intellij I can't do that, so I need to create a jar executable using intellij only.

Can you help me with this task? I think I will take 1 hr at most.
