GoAnywhere post in PYTHON associate key with user -username

in the GoAnywhere API there is a call to associate a user with a key that exists in GoAnywhere already

I have base_url, username, password already passed to the program in a file

expect the program will work at the command line
python assign-key-user.py <target-user> <existing-key-name>

e.g.
python assign-key-user.py john-user john-key.pub

Output
john-key.pub is now active on john-user
keys also connected on john-user
oldkey1
oldkey2

ACTION
add key to the user
list all keys on the user
