Further develop a form for my website (with Java)

I have a landing page project for my website at the moment, where I use Gravity Forms, as a means to guide customers through an easy and detailed form.

We found inspiration from a rivalry company. We do what they do, but better. So I feel like, our form must be at the very least, as good as theirs.
I've tried to make it somewhat as good as theirs, but failed. So now I request a freelancer to take the job.

We have MetForm, Ninja Forms and Gravity Forms, all installed on the website. That also includes a variety of plugins if needed. It can also be done without the need of any form.

We need to be able to change stuff in the form after you make it. change things such as: text, images, add/remove questions, etc. (user friendly and customizable for us, who can't do what you do)

They use Gravity Forms without plugins. Instead they did a lot of Java themselves.
I tried doing similar things as them, using plugins and css. But plugins feel more like bloatware, than actual help. So if you're good at Java, then i recommend you take advantage of that.

You're allowed to do almost anything you want, to make it work - at least as well as theirs. Just report to me, any changes you make, so I can keep tabs.
