Fullstack Development

I am looking for a fullstack developer to build a web application for me. I have specific design specifications that need to be fulfilled in this project. For this to happen, I am looking for someone who has experience working with Java and React. From designing the user interface to putting together the back-end functionalities, I need someone who is confident in their ability to create an engaging web application.
