Full-Stack Developer for Business Management & ERP System (App + Web)

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer (or a small team) to build a comprehensive business management and ERP system with both web and mobile applications. This project will be executed in 3 phases to ensure scalability.

Key Features & Modules:
• Task-Based Attendance & Payroll: Link attendance to task completion, automate salary deductions, implement late-coming penalties.
• Task Assignment & Monitoring: Role-based dashboards, different task priorities, WhatsApp/SMS alerts and AI-based fraud detection.
• Raw Material Procurement & Weighbridge System: Farmer registration, purchase logging, GPS-based vehicle tracking, digital weighbridge integration, and auto-payment calculation.
• Financial Automation & Tally Integration: API-based payroll automation, expense/revenue sync with Tally, and GST & compliance tracking.
• Mobile App Features: GPS check-in/out, push notifications, and WhatsApp alerts.
• Security: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and encrypted cloud-based data storage.

Technical Requirements:
• Frontend: React.js/Vue.js/Angular for Web; Flutter/React Native for Mobile
• Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel, Python, or Java
• Cloud & Database: AWS RDS, Firebase, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• API Integrations: Tally, WhatsApp API, GPS Tracking, Payment Gateway
• Security: Implementation of RBAC and data encryption.
