About PORDO Software: Our flagship product, a SaaS application for rental property inspections, has been revolutionizing the industry for over three years. Leveraging AWS, our tech stack includes Spring Boot, Java, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon Rekognition, PWA, and Vue.js. Detailed feature description To further assist with bidding and estimation efforts for this project, we are providing a more detailed feature description.
Building Condition Insepection Feature:
Overview:
• PORDO software currently supports the inspection of individual residential units (e.g., single-family dwellings, condominiums, apartments).
• The software includes the ability to report on the state of each room within a unit (e.g., “Living Room,” “Master Bedroom,” “Kitchen”) using predefined and configurable checklists.
• These inspection templates streamline room inspections based on industry best practices, and allow inspectors to capture and associate photographs of anomalous conditions with the corresponding rooms.
Feature Extension:
• Customers have requested that PORDO be extended to support the inspection of common areas in large apartment buildings or condominium projects.
• This extension will cover common areas such as facility rooms, swimming pools, tennis courts, game rooms, audio-visual rooms, garages, lobbies, and more.
• The “Common Area Inspection” feature will integrate seamlessly into the existing inspection workflow of the PORDO system.
• It will include a comprehensive checklist for each common area, covering items such as cleanliness, lighting, and visible damage.
Implementation:
• PORDO currently supports the following actions for inspecting residential units:
o Inspection task assignment by managers
o Inspection creation and updating by inspectors
o Inspection submission by inspectors
o Auditing (quality assurance) by managers
o Generation of inspection reports
o Populating remuneration reports and inspection history
• Implementing the “Building Condition Inspection Feature” will involve extending/adapting all the above actions to also accommodate “common area inspections” in addition to the currently supported “residential unit inspections.”
