Freelance Interviewers for Java and Machine Learning

Teksands.ai is a Talent Solutions company. We help our clients with Sourcing and Skilling.

We have very high volume of candidate interviews to deal with to select candidates for various positions for our clients. We are looking to outsource some of the interviewing work to freelancers.

We are looking for professionals experienced in Java and Machine Learning (of course separately and not as combined skill in the same person) to take technical interviews on our behalf. Each interview will be of 20 minutes. You are to use Google meet or any similar tool for video-interview. In the interview, you are to select candidates who posses a base set of skills and are trainable individuals. (these candidates then go through a Skilling bootcamp).

Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in these skills. Please let us know how many interviews you will be able to take per day and what would be your hourly rate.
