We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build an MVP for our B2B SaaS platform that aims to enhance employee recognition and productivity. As a developer, you will work with our project manager, senior developer, front-end developer, and quality assurance engineer in creating a cutting-edge platform that is scalable, user-friendly, and visually appealing. The platform will be built using React for the front-end, Java Spring Boot for the back-end, and will be hosted on AWS (or cost effective alternative). You will follow Agile development methodology to ensure timely delivery and flexibility in adapting to changes in requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the MVP using React and Java Spring Boot (open to other alternatives)
Collaborate with your team (ex: the project manager, senior developer, front-end developer, and quality assurance engineer) to ensure project milestones are achieved
Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Perform regular testing and debugging to ensure a high level of quality assurance
Identify potential risks, provide solutions, and escalate issues to the project manager
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and implement them when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing full-stack applications using React and Java Spring Boot
Knowledge of database design and management
Familiarity with AWS services and tools
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative code management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
