Finite Element Corotational implementation in Java

I wish to implement a nonlinear structural analysis utilizing beam and truss components using Java coding. Routines must use corotational techniques. Please provide experience implementing nonlinear analysis in any language. Please also describe the approach you would use for the project and an estimate of hours for each section of work.
