Finish building a Minecraft Java server Plugin

I have been assembling a minecraft server for the past three years, and since I can't write java code, I needed plugin developers to help me with the plugin for the server.

I had one developer make a very nice plugin that did the bare basics for the server, but then they became occupied with other things and were unable to make more than the basics. I hired another developer later, he developed almost the entire rest of the plugin, but then right before finishing it, he flaked out and stopped responding. He had finished around 85% of the required parts I hired him for.

I need somebody to finish the Java Minecraft Plugin, and test it multiple times to insure that there are no bugs. You'll be taking the unfinished plugin and fixing the few bugs, and remaining features that are missing.

I have a document listing the bugs and remaining features. I also have multiple assets that will make it quick and easy to do if you know how to write the java code.
