I need an experienced Android + NFC developer who can:

Fix All Existing Issues:
Resolve SDK, deprecated APIs, and runtime crashes
Ensure compatibility with Android 15 (API 34)
Clean, stable, and modular code
Modernize the App:
Update all dependencies, Gradle files, and libraries
Refactor outdated components to modern Android architecture (Kotlin preferred)
NFC Functionality Enhancement:
Enable contactless payments via POS machines
Must correctly communicate with NFC-enabled terminals
Fine-tune NFC signals and tap detection accuracy
Default Payment App Integration:
App should register itself as a default NFC payment handler on Android
Seamless handover for payments like Google Pay or Samsung Pay
Testing Ready:
I have access to POS machines for real-time NFC testing
You must be available to support remote or guided testing sessions

Experience with NFC protocols, AID routing, ISO/IEC 14443
Worked on contactless payment or secure transaction apps
Strong Android fundamentals (Android 13–15)
