Facial Recognition, Image OCR using Amazon Rekognition, Microsoft Vision, or Google Vision

We need a Java microservice module or library for Java 11, Android, and iOS for the following services:

- Register face and issue ID to face - face enrolment
- Take face image/video and match from a directory of registered faces to identity match - Detect face
- Scan using Camera to capture and Extract data from image, ie identity document

Will be a microservice that can be added to Java 11 application on Spring boot and Postgre SQL
