Executable java application from netbeans maven project

I am new in java, I have made an application in netbeans maven that works fine and executes in the netbeans enviroment but I am struggling a lot generate an executable jar file with dependencies that I can deploy on other computers. I would like help on configuring the netbeans project so it generates executable jar files (pom configuration and project clean up).
