Developed and deployed a production-grade, highly secure Employee Management System (EMS) designed for modern enterprise operations. This project showcases advanced backend architecture, robust cloud database scaling, and industry-standard security protocols.

• Robust Backend: Formulated using Java and Spring Boot 3.x with Spring Data JPA for optimized object-relational mapping (Hibernate 6).
• Advanced Security: Implemented stateless JWT (JSON Web Tokens) authentication and authorization chains natively via Spring Security 6, utilizing adaptive BCrypt cryptographic algorithms for credential shielding.
