AI-Enhanced Railway Reservation System

As we venture into improvements in our Railway Reservation project, I'm on a quest to integrate artificial intelligence into the system to heighten the user experience. Specifically, we're looking for:
- AI Chat Bot: An intelligent chatbot that can perform three primary functions: answer frequently asked questions to provide quick responses to customer queries; assist in ticket booking to streamline the reservations process; and provide train schedules and availability to keep users informed.
- Feedback System: This should feature a rating system and comment box, essentially allowing users to review and provide feedback on their booking experience.
Ideal skills and experience for this project would be strong proficiency in AI and chatbot technologies, prior experience in similar projects, and an understanding of railway reservation systems. A knack for creating a user-friendly interface would be a bonus.
