Energy Monitoring App Refinement -- 3

We are looking to hire someone to help improve an android/iOS app that acts as a front end for our energy monitoring system.
A webapp for monitoring power consumption is already developed with react framework. Same being used for ios and android mobile app with Webview component of react native. Fine tuning and additional features to be incorporated.
Developer should also be able to publish the app to apple and Google store after carrying out necessary testing.
