Enable Webcam in MacOS in a web application -- 2

We have an online assessment application that asks for the webcam and mic access from the user and the live video streaming from the user is transmitted to a remote admin who can see the video which is relaying from the candidate side to the remote admin side. When we open the application in MacOS, the application is not able to access the webcam of the user.

We need someone who can look at the application and work on getting camera access in the MacOS.
