I am looking for a skilled software developer to create an EMV read/write software for me. The main purpose of this software is to read and write data on EMV cards.

The software should have the following functionalities: - Read and write EMV cards - Generate EMV data - Decode EMV data Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Java programming language - Strong understanding and experience with EMV card technology - Knowledge of Windows platform and its specific requirements - Ability to effectively implement the mentioned functionalities ,EMV software able of reading, writing, duplicating and deleting any EMV protocol such as 201, 206, 226 or any other EMV protocol, which allows to read, write, duplicate and delete SDA (static Bin) / DDA (dynamic Bin).
