Edit Spring Boot based Web App UI to interact with back end DB

I have a Spring Boot based web application with a JSP web UI. It currently has a small UI component that only starts a process. That process then runs and interacts with a mysql db. The db connection is already there. I'd like the web UI altered so that it took excel like input and entered that into the database. I'd also like a page added that would show the running logs of the program. I'd also like another page that took a couple of input fields that would query the database and then show the results of the query in an excel like spreadsheet. Please tell me your experience with this and how long you think it would take to accomplish and I will provide sample screen mock ups, the code for the application, and the database schema.
