The development requires functional access to the mobile application, which may be subject to regional restrictions.

Exclusive Use:
The tool will not be published or commercialized in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Recommended Technology:
Robust solutions like Flutter are preferred to ensure future stability and scalability.

Hardware Requirements:
No additional hardware is required, apart from the mobile device, for its operation. The system must run in the background.
