Development of a RuneWild/Roat PKZ-Inspired Runescape Private Server with Similar In-Game Features

We are looking for an experienced developer to create a solid foundation for an Old School RuneScape-inspired private server (RSPS).
The project requires the development of both the server source and a client that can successfully connect to the server.
The base should include essential features found in servers like RuneWild, including PvP points, bounty hunter points, and other relevant gameplay mechanics.
This initial development will serve as a starting point for further enhancements and customizations.
Server Source Development: Create a stable and functional server source codebase that emulates the gameplay mechanics and functionalities of Old School RuneScape.
Client Development: Build a client that can connect to the server, providing players with a smooth and seamless gaming experience.
PvP Points System: Implement a PvP points system that accurately tracks and rewards players for engaging in player versus player combat.
Bounty Hunter Points System: Develop a bounty hunter points system that incentivizes players to participate in bounty hunting activities and offers rewards based on performance.
