I am looking for a developer to create an application for optimized VM migration using game theory on CloudSim.

Specific Requirements:
- The application should be able to optimize VM migration using game theory concepts.
- It should be able to analyze and evaluate different migration strategies.
- The application should have a user-friendly interface for inputting parameters and viewing results.

Preferred Programming Language:
- CloudSim

Integration with existing systems:
- Not sure at the moment.
