Developing an NLP model based on an existing model such as LayoutLM v2 -- 2

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop an NLP model based on an existing model such as LayoutLM v2. The purpose of the model is to customize for a specific use case, and I have a dataset that I would like it to be trained on. The preferred programming language for the project is Python. The freelancer should have experience developing NLP models, and familiarity with the LayoutLM v2 model is a plus.
