Developer needed for completing incomplete e-commence site with theme builder

We have an e-commerce site with an image theme builder.
The site is not fully complete yet. More or less 60% done.
We need an experienced developer to complete the site for production within short time frame as we are already behind due date.

Site developed in WordPress with theme builder with php and java script.

What we need is as follows:

Fixing the builder to function appropriately with the site without any bugs and fully l responsive (idea is given in doc file).

This builder creates finish product for the site so it is mandatory that build work 100% without any bug and issue.

-Make the full site responsive, SEO friendly, faster
-Fixing design, image, menu
-Complete selling process with payment gateway integration
- Site speed optimization more then 95% in desktop and mobile version according to google and GTMetrix.

Whole site has to be capable to update with the latest version of dependency when available such as (WordPress, php, java script and all other dependency should be capable to be updated to latest stable released version without any issue).

Milestone Payments will be made after successfully complete the project scopes part. As we already bad experience with developers.
