Developer Job Posting Title: Smart Contract Engineer (DeFi Strategy Automation + Vaults)

DeFiCapitalManagement is seeking an elite Solidity dev to help us launch and scale AlphaOne – our multi-strategy, fully autonomous DeFi bot suite – and the RealYield Vault Protocol. Your job: bring our vision of a fully modular, AI-enhanced, DAO-governed yield engine to life.

Responsibilities
    •    Build and deploy smart contracts for strategy vaults (ERC-4626, ERC-20, NFT deed contracts)
    •    Integrate with flash loan providers (Balancer, Aave)
    •    Create capital allocation routers that shift funds across strategies
    •    Encode AI signals and Oracle triggers for vault migrations
    •    Deploy DAO governance hooks (Snapshot, Gnosis Safe)
    •    Write automated tests + gas-optimized logic

You Are
    •    A DeFi-native Solidity dev with 3+ years building real protocols
    •    Experienced with vault standards, flash loan logic, and custom vault rewards
    •    Familiar with MEV, chain behavior, and advanced security design
    •    A wizard at building bots, vaults, and cross-chain asset automation
    •    Comfortable collaborating via GitHub, Notion, and async chats

Bonus
    •    Experience with LayerZero, Superfluid, zkSync, or Base
    •    Can help wire up frontend UI for user interactions
    •    Passion for tokenized real estate, AI in finance, or DAO automation

Compensation
    •    $5K–$15K milestone-based (initial buildout)
    •    Ongoing contributor role with DAO token + revenue share

Developer Qualifications

Core Skills Required:
    •    Solidity (3+ years) – Deep understanding of ERC-20, ERC-4626, ERC-721, proxy patterns, access control, reentrancy protection
    •    DeFi Protocol Integration – Aave, Balancer, Uniswap, Chainlink, LayerZero, Superfluid
    •    Smart Vault Development – Custom ERC-4626 vaults, strategy routers, AI/Oracle hooks
    •    Flash Loan Mechanics – Creating flash-loan enabled contracts that can repay within 1 txn
    •    Cross-Chain Messaging – LayerZero, Wormhole, or CCIP experience
    •    Yield Aggregators – Knowledge of vault layering like Yearn, Beefy, Aura, Convex
    •    Gas Optimization – Efficient trade batching, bundle simulations, preflight checks
    •    Security – Familiar with slippage handling, frontrunning, sandwich-resistance, MEV prevention
