Develop web-services, back-end datastores, Web UIs for use in larger business enterprise process

Seeking Software Developer(s) knowledgeable in both "front-end" development (i.e., web, User Interface, REACT, Spring framework) and "back-end" enterprise technologies (i.e., database, web-server, RESTful endpoints, encryption, etc.) Software project comprises of initially setting up RESTful endpoint(s) within a web-server (deployed within a GoDaddy or other domain) for outside parties to securely connect to as a proof-of-concept. This would be the first milestone. Then, the project further entails assisting in the design, workflow, requirements-generation and ultimately development of utilizing REST endpoint(s) within a larger scoped business enterprise process.
