Develop rest apis using spring boot

I am looking for a talented programmer to develop rest apis using spring boot. The purpose of the REST APIs will be to create, read, update, and delete data. I do not have any specifications for the data structure as I am open to suggestions. The REST APIs will need to have more than 10 endpoints.
