Develop a mock test website using Django/Spring Framework -- 2

We're looking for a website for mock tests and preparation that will have features like

* Exams
* Mock Exams for individual
* Mocks exams for masses
* Quizz
* News


Figma design and wire mock would be provided to ease the development, there won't be much change in the design but small tweaks might require.

Required Tech
* Backend tech: Django or Spring Framework
* No server-side rendering
* Angular/React/Vue.js front end
