Develop a chatbot for either whatsapp or web
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a developer to build a chatbot that can be used on either Whatsapp or on the web. Specifically, I need a customer service-type of chatbot. I would prefer it if users are not able to input voice commands.
The chatbot should be able to engage in conversations with users, and provide helpful customer service, i.e., answering questions and booking appointments It should be intuitive and allow the user to input simple questions, and have the ability to understand the context and respond accurately. In addition, it should have the capability to maintain and process personal information like name, address, etc.
All the details should be stocked on google sheet and it would be a great plus if it would be possible for the bot to send updates once we've updated their appointment.
