Develop Selenium(Java or python) test cases for our webapp

We have a webapp for which we need to develop automated test cases.

It is a training website with student and teacher access.

Need to create

1. Identify the test cases based on functionality of the web app
2. Develop selenium test cases for automatic running of those test cases
3. Provide the source code
4. Provide the document explaining how to run test cases

I will give access to website with the roles of both teacher and student

Approximate number of screens are
Student:

#2. Courses dash board
#3. Course screen
#4. Tasks screen

Teacher:
#1. Login
#2. Course dashboard
#4. Create course
#5. Create tasks
#6. Results
#7. Submissions


So around 10 screens to test. My guess is around 30-50 test cases to run. Could end up being little more.
