Develop a Report Generator App

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Report Generator App which exposed as a Web app (or runs as CLI). The app will be responsible for generating reports which relies on Excel sheets as data source, and PowerPoint template and ultimately generates a PPT or PDF. An preferably packed as a docker image.

Skills and experience required for this job include:
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Java or .NET, Web Services.
- Experience in building web applications and working with excels and PPT
- Familiarity with report generation frameworks to read and write to Excels/PowerPoint embedded tables and charts.
- Experience with dockers and docket images.
- Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces

The project should be completed within a month, so I am seeking someone who can work efficiently and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
