Default Password hit on Webportal

I have the IP Cameras and Routers on my IP address which are accessible via Web portal. I want a program or software to check if they are having the default username or password from the default list.
The primary goal of this task is to ensure the security of these devices.
Please let me know your experience in this area and how you plan to approach this task.
