Debugging & Enhancing Spring Boot API

I'm in need of an experienced developer who can help me debug and improve an existing Spring Boot, REST, and React API for file upload. Currently, the system is facing two primary issues:

- File Upload: The file upload feature is not functioning properly. It's crucial that the selected freelancer can efficiently identify the underlying cause of this issue and rectify it.
- Error Messages: The system is displaying error messages, specifically when attempting to upload files. Currently, these messages include "Invalid file format" and "unable to connect to Postgres ". I need these messages to be resolved as part of the debugging process.

In addition to resolving these issues, the selected freelancer will be responsible for enhancing the system's file upload feature to accept CSV files. This would involve configuring the API to seamlessly handle CSV file uploads.
