Debug and deploy my java crypto trading bot

I have a source code in java which is for trading crypto currency and connects to binance. It doesn't work and needs to be debbuged. I think the problem is about the api version I'm using. Then I want to deploy this bot application on a server and provide security on it and preferably dockerize it and hand me the configured server. If you can build build co/cd upon it for me that would be better.
The code is near thousands of lines but only lines of api calls needs to be edited.
