Database Icon Route Modification and Sizing

I need a skilled developer to help me with modifying the routes of some icons in the database. The current issue is that users are not receiving the icons correctly on the client side. Additionally, the size of the icons needs to be fixed for each user.
Key Requirements:
- Change the routes of the icons in the database
- Ensure that the user receives the icons correctly on the client side
- Fix the size of the icons for each user
The icons are currently in PNG format and the project is using Java as the technology stack. A PDF document with more details is available. Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience with Java
- Prior work with modifying database icon routes
- Ability to interpret PDF documentation and implement changes accordingly.
