Database Developer - MongoDB

Full Job Description
Must Have Skillsets:

MongoDB (Primary skill), NoSQL Databases.
Oracle, MySQL, Database SQL command, NoSQL solution such as MongDB, or Cassandra will be a plus.
Responsibilities:

Fluency with MongoDB and relational databases.
Proficient in Java, JSON.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

** Participate in the design, build and deployment of NoSQL implementations.

** Install, configure, upgrade, tune, and maintain MongoDB production, development and test environments.

** Provide proactive input into design issues/constraints, performance tuning, and impact analysis of changes.

** Support, enforce and improve upon RDX database development, deployment and maintenance best practices.

** All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

** 10+ years of experience with applications that access database data stores (relational or NoSQL) preferred.

** Database design experience preferred, either as a developer providing application development support.

** Proficient user knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

** Prior experience with MongoDB, Cassandra or other NoSQL databases as a developer or DBA preferred.

** Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.

** Strong desire to learn NoSQL architectures and administrative procedures.

** Ability to effectively communicate with internal support personnel and RDX customers.
