Customize Keycloak Authenticator & Event Listener
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an experienced developer to help with the following tasks related to Keycloak:
- Custom Phone Number Authenticator:
By default keycloak use username and password for login and registration. I want to extend that by
implementing a custom phone number authenticator to allow users to log in using their phone number instead of the default email and password.
- SMS Authenticator for 2FA:
By default keyclaok provide 2FA using apps like google authenticator. I want to extend that so
once user type his phone number keycalok will send him to next step in authutication flow by asking for OTP ( one time password ). To achieve that I need to implement an SMS Authenticator to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using SMS.
- Custom Event Listener:
I want to call external API on some events (when new user registered and when user login ) so to achieve that I want to implement a Custom Event Listener using Keycloak's Event Listener SPI to call an external API when a user registers and login in Keycloak.
- Dockerfile Creation:
Once all custom authenticators are implement and tested, we want to create a Dockerfile to build a Keycloak image that includes both the SMS Authenticator, the custom phone number authenticator and Custom Event Listener
- Compatibility:
Ensure that the custom authenticators are compatible with Keycloak's latest release (24.0.4)
- Source Code:
Provide the source code for both custom authenticators (Java code) and the Dockerfile.
Code must be pushed on Gitlab or Github repo
- Code Quality:
Ensure all custom implementations are Maven applications with clean code and include loggers.
With comments to explain each steps
- Requirements:
Strong experience with Keycloak and its SPI (Service Provider Interface).
Proficiency in Java and Docker.
Experience with implementing custom authenticators and event listeners in Keycloak.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code with proper logging.
- Deliverables:
Custom phone number authenticator source code.
SMS Authenticator source code.
Dockerfile to build the Keycloak image with the custom authenticators.
Custom Event Listener source code.
Documentation on how to build and deploy the custom Keycloak image.
