Customizable Word Game Development

I'm seeking a skilled Java developer to edit an existing word game similar to Scrabble. The java source is in the public domain. The game should be developed on IntelliJ IDEA and compatible with both Windows and Linux. It is basically all written the source needs to be brought together and compiled into an executable jar file.
