Custom Minecraft Java Plugin Development

I'm seeking a Minecraft developer to create a personalized plugin for my friend and I. The plugin will enhance our Java Edition Minecraft experience, for example by introducing new items, blocks, and gameplay mechanics.
If you you are interested, then I will send you two lists of features that we would like to see added to the game, a list from my friend and a list of my own. I'm open to hear about feedback about how realistic ideas are, I understand that Java, my budget and your time has limits.
Finally, this project is relatively lighthearted, but that doesn't mean you won't be fairly compensate you fairly for your efforts. Your interest and efforts will be greatly appreciated.
