I am looking for an expert in Angular to create me a video training for the development of a web application in Java/Angular and spring boot with mysql database, in the video the trainer explains with audio and shows the necessary steps (Angular architecture + installation of java, frameworks and tools + environment preparation + source code) for the development of a Java/Angular & spring boot web application, the duration of the video must be entered between 2 hours and 3 hours (do not take videos that already exist on the internet or already published somewhere) and must be Clear to allow a user to understand and develop a web application in angular by following the steps of the video, my budget is 40$ maximum
