Creating and running a 1.7-1.18 Minecraft server

To cut to the chase, the whole idea here is to create and run a Minecraft server as a team. Both the Developer(s) and myself will run and create this server from the bottom up. I am willing to pay for everything the server needs, but the only catch is that I would choose not to pay the Developers, instead share Ownership which means we would split the profits of the server. There is of course no guarantee that we would make anything.

I am looking for a Developer who is actively interested in creating and being apart of a Minecraft server. I'll reiterate that money is of no problem, but it however becomes an issue when trying to pay a developer to create an entire server from the ground up. I have previous experience trying to accomplish this with two other developers, and we stopped development around $1250 paid for Developer labor.

Main Concepts:

Developer and Myself share the server, meaning we go half on everything (or we find a fair percentage agreed upon).
I will pay for everything on the backend, besides the development of plugins (which means your end is entirely free of charge, just not free of time).
I want to link up with a Developer(s) who are highly motivated and play the game itself.
