Create token on bsc with tokenomics -- 2

I need someone to create a token with some functions as my tokenomics
This are my requirements
1. Buy Trading Fees: 18%
2. 6% - RFV (Risk Free Value) - (BNB; removed before conversion to $EMC)
3. 6% - Liquidity Sustain.
4. 3% - RFV Treasury - (BNB; removed before conversion to $EMC)
5. 2% - Marketing and Operations (BUSD; removed before conversion to $EMC and Converted to BUSD)
6. .5% - Lending Infrastructure Treasury
7. .5% - Charity and Grants

8. Sell Trading Fees: 24%
9. 6% - RFV (Risk Free Value) - (BNB; removed before conversion to $EMC)
10. 6% - Liquidity Sustain.
11. 8% - Treasury - (BNB; removed before conversion to $EMC)
12. 2% - Marketing and Operations (BUSD; removed before conversion to $EMC and Converted to BUSD)
13. .5% - Lending Infrastructure Treasury
14. .5% - Charity and Grants

15. Placement:

1. 5% of the trading fees is directed to the RFV which helps sustain and back the Staking Rewards provided by the Positive Rebase. (BNB)
2. 5% of the trading fees goes to backing the liquidity of the BNB/TITANO pair on PancakeSwap ensuring an ever-increasing collateral value of $TITANO.
3. 3% of the buys and 8% of the sales go directly to the treasury which supports the RFV value, provides a marketing budget for Titano and funds new project and product development. (BNB)
4. 2% of the buys and 2% of the sales get sent to a charity lending wallets (BUSD)
5. .5 % of the buys and sells get sent to a lending infrastructure treasury as BUSD (50%) and BNB (50%)
6. .5% of the buys and sells are sent to a charity wallet as BUSD



The RFV is dedicated to buy backs and burns of $TITANO tokens when the BNB/TITANO pair supply is equal to or greater than 2.5% of the total supply.
