Create email service using java

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a freelancer to create an email service using Java for me. I skipped the questions regarding which email service provider I'd like to integrate with, the features of the email service, and the number of email accounts I'd need the service to support. I would like the created service to be heavily reliant on Java, and overall be reliable, secure, and easily configurable to use capabilities such as integration with an email service provider, email composition, sending, receiving, and organizing. For this project, I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced with the use of Java and possesses the necessary skillset to create a fully functional email service.
